On April 12, 2025, the 2025 7th International Conference on Environmental Prevention and Pollution Control Technologies and 2025 International Conference on Energy Engineering and Pollution Control (EPPCT & EEPC 2025) was successfully held in an online format. The conference brought together numerous experts and scholars from around the globe to discuss cutting-edge technologies and research findings in the fields of environmental protection and pollution control.

The event featured a distinguished lineup of keynote speakers, each presenting their cutting-edge research and insights into critical topics.

The conference opened with a keynote address by Professor Muhammad Ishtiaq Ali from the University of Islamabad, Pakistan, titled "Educating for Impact: How Microbiology Can Shape Climate Change Awareness." He emphasized the crucial role of microbiology education in addressing climate change.

Following this, Professor Zhengkui Li from Nanjing University, China, presented on "Microbially Driven Nitrogen Loss and Retention in Riparian Zones and Their Response to Anthropogenic Disturbances," providing insights into the nitrogen cycle and management strategies in riparian ecosystems, which are vital for pollution control.

Professor Baoyou Liu from Hebei University of Science & Technology, China, delivered a presentation on "Research on the Application of Eutectic Solvents in Green Chemical Industry and Preparation of Nanomaterials," showcasing advancements in novel green chemistry technologies.

In addition to the keynote presentations, the conference featured 12 oral presentations from various universities and institutions. Scholars from Tsinghua University, Nanjing University, Southeast University, Shenzhen University, Shanghai Maritime University, Xi'an University of Technology, Nanjing University of Technology, and China Automotive Data Co., Ltd. shared their latest research findings in environmental science, engineering, and pollution control, demonstrating a wide range of academic collaboration and exchange.

2025年4月12日,第七届环境预防和污染控制技术国际学术会议与2025年能源工程与污染治理国际学术会议(EPPCT & EEPC 2025)通过线上形式顺利举办。此次会议汇集了来自国内外的众多专家学者,共同探讨环境保护和污染治理领域的前沿技术和研究成果。
